About Thai Food
The main characteristic of Thai food is a complexity of flavours which balance fundamental taste sensations in each dish or meal. The skill of the chef is to create the balance between these flavours of hot (spicy), sour, sweet and salty.
 A typical traditional Thai meal consists of a number of complementary dishes served at the same time and shared by all. This is similar to idea of Spanish Tapas or the Mediterranean Meze, with large groups eating communally.
At The Lime Leaf, we have created traditional Thai dishes for diners and if you are coming as a group, why not try one of our Thai set menus to discover new tastes?
